By creating an account, uploading content, or using CocoCloud Drive (“CocoCloud,” “we,” “our,” or “the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
You may use CocoCloud Drive only if:
You are at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.
You are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
You use the Service for lawful purposes only.
We may refuse access or terminate accounts at our discretion.
You are solely responsible for:
The content you upload, store, or share (“User Content”).
Maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to upload, share, store, or distribute:
Including but not limited to:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Human trafficking content
Non-consensual intimate imagery
Terrorism-related material
Stolen or illicitly obtained data
Anything prohibited by applicable law
Harassment, threats, hate speech
Violent or extremist content
Content promoting self-harm or harm to others
Copyright-infringing files
Unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials
CocoCloud may remove or restrict access to content that violates these rules.
CocoCloud maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward illegal content.
If we detect, or are notified of, content such as:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Severe exploitation or trafficking
Serious criminal activity
We are required to report such content and relevant user information to law enforcement or appropriate authorities.
Where required by law or necessary to protect individuals, this reporting will occur without notifying the user.
We also may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in such activity.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading it to CocoCloud, you grant us a limited license to:
Store your files
Process data for service functionality
Display or share them according to the permissions you set
This license is solely for operating and improving the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your files.
CocoCloud does not access or review the contents of your files except when:
You grant explicit permission (e.g., customer support needs)
Investigating potential Terms violations
Required by law enforcement
Automated systems flag content for potential abuse or illegality
We take privacy seriously, but we must act when there is evidence of harm or illegal activity.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in illegal or harmful activity
Required by law or government order
You pose a security risk to our systems or users
We may also remove content that violates policies or legal requirements.

CocoCloud aims to provide reliable access, but:
We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance or outages may occur.
Features may change over time.
We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All trademarks, branding, software, and platform design belong to CocoCloud or licensed partners.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the Service without permission.
CocoCloud may include links or integrations with third-party services.
We are not responsible for:
Third-party content
Their policies or practices
Losses arising from interactions with them
Use third-party services at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
CocoCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for loss of data, unauthorized access, or damages resulting from user actions or third-party attacks.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CocoCloud and its affiliates from claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your uploaded content
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify users or update the date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
